Activity on the "The Underground | THE UNDERGROUND" platform, referred to as "The Underground", includes the collection of technological data such as Cookies to optimize the user experience. Personal details provided when joining will be kept in our secure databases and protected according to accepted standards.

Joining The Underground's content channels (including WhatsApp groups, Telegram and social platforms) constitutes consent to receive ongoing updates, product reviews and purchase recommendations through the various media channels. The user understands that activity in these spaces is intended to make information and consumer value accessible. At any time, the user has the full right to stop receiving updates by leaving the relevant channel independently or by using the automatic removal mechanisms built into the mailing systems.

The Underground encourages sharing purchase experiences. Sending media to the team or tagging the platform constitutes consent to use the content as part of community activity. You stay in control: you may request removal, archiving or anonymity (blurring) of the information at any time.

All content appearing on the platform, including catalogs, product descriptions processed and refined using artificial intelligence (AI) tools, unique translations and graphic designs, is the exclusive intellectual property of The Underground. We invest significant technological and creative resources in curation and filtering of information. Therefore, copying, data scraping, commercial distribution or reuse of the content without official written approval from the platform's management is strictly prohibited.

Access to the platform's content is granted for the user's private needs only. Indirect commercial use, automated data collection (Bot Activity) or any action that burdens The Underground's technological infrastructure is prohibited. The platform's management reserves the right to disconnect users acting contrary to this policy.

Access to the content is intended for persons with legal capacity only. It is clarified that the information and purchase recommendations constitute consumer content curation and are not professional, medical or legal advice; any reliance on the information is at the user's sole responsibility. We work to maintain the continuity of our systems, but the service is not immune to technical disruptions, communication delays or force majeure events beyond our control. The user undertakes to indemnify The Underground for any damage caused to it as a result of an action contrary to these terms or misuse of the platform's resources.

The Underground does not function as a retail store, does not hold inventory or warehouses, and is not the seller of the products presented as recommendations. Our activity focuses on locating and gathering purchase links for products from international e-commerce sites and other sources, and making them accessible as content recommendations only for the community.

It is clarified that the use of brand names or expressions such as "our collection" is for stylistic characterization only; the term "our" refers to the content curation and editorial recommendations of The Underground team, and should not be seen as a statement of ownership of or affiliation with the original brands. Accordingly, any inquiry regarding the product specification, its classification as an inspiration item with a 1:1 finish level, its quality, payment or shipping aspects is conducted directly and exclusively with the seller or the external e-commerce platform. In addition, it is clarified that the timelines presented on the platform are an estimate only, based on supplier data. There are no exchanges, returns or cancellations, and The Underground is not a party to the sales agreement and bears no responsibility for the quality of service, for products supplied by third parties overseas, or for any direct or indirect damage caused as a result of their use.

Full responsibility for checking the legality of import into the buyer's country, compliance with the relevant standards and payment of all levies and taxes (including customs duties, VAT and purchase taxes) lies with the user alone. The Underground is not a party to dealings with enforcement and tax authorities, and we recommend reviewing the current customs regulations in your country before placing any order.

The content and links on the platform are provided as they are (As-Is). Although we operate information filtering and refinement systems (including AI tools), the source of the data is external and dynamic suppliers. Therefore, there may be inaccuracies in prices, specifications, packaging or images, and reliance on the information is at the user's sole responsibility.

Use of the platform in all its branches – including browsing the website, membership in the community channels (WhatsApp/Telegram) or entering the links published in them – constitutes full and irrevocable consent to all the terms detailed in this document. These terms are addressed to all genders and identities equally. The Underground reserves the right to update the terms from time to time, and the version actually displayed is the one binding on the user at any point in time and interface.

These terms of use, and all activity within The Underground platform (including the website and community channels), shall be governed exclusively by the laws applicable at the platform's place of management. Any legal dispute arising from the use of the services or the published links shall be heard only in the competent courts designated by The Underground.
